ChatCut takes only three steps to install

Open the ChatCut.dmg file from the downloads list at the top-right of this window.

Open ChatCut Setup.exe from the downloads list at the top-right of this window.

Drag ChatCut into your Applications folder. macOS may ask for your password.

Choose an installation folder, then select Install to continue.
Step 3
Search for ChatCut in Applications, or just click its icon in the Dock.
Step 3
Wait for ChatCut to finish installing.
